MGFA urges President Obama to Reject Section 421 Petition

The following letter is a copy of a letter the Minnesota Grain and Feed Association has written to President Obama. The letter urges him to reject imposing tarrifs on Chinese tires, which in turn, may spark retaliatory action by China, adversely impacting agricultural exports to China.
